This website ("Site") is provided to you by Adelaide Costume Shop (ABN 92 059 749 094). Your access to and use of this Site is subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). By accessing this Site you ("you") agree to be bound by these Terms whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access this Site. Theatre Costume Shop may at its sole discretion modify these Terms at any time and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this Site. Your continued use of this Site will indicate your acceptance of the modified Terms.

The products and services offered or referred to on this Site are subject to availability. Further, availability for purchase or rental of product types or individual products is subject to change by Adelaide Costume Shop in its sole discretion at any time without notice. Contemplation of certain product types in these Terms does not mean such products or product types are available for purchase or rental, on the Site or otherwise, at any given time. The prices stated for such products and services are subject to change without notice.

Terms relating to Product Sales only

With all items purchased on-line from Adelaide Costume Shop, there is a risk of loss during shipment. We will deliver all items to our carrier, but this does not guarantee delivery to you. If you do not receive your order, please contact us so that we can send a replacement order.

We reserve the right to not replace orders for customers who have made excessive loss and replacement requests.

Terms relating to Product Rentals only

We may need to discuss various aspects of our costumes with you before accepting your order, and for this reason goods cannot be hired on-line without confirmation by telephone, fax or email.

When you hire goods from us you thereby agree:

1. to return the hired goods by the due time on the costume return date, and that if you do not you must pay a late fee of $11 per day/part day until the goods are returned or you report them lost
2. if you report them lost, or do not return them within 14 days of the costume return date, you must pay the full replacement cost as well as late fees already incurred
3. you must inspect the goods before you collect them to satisfy yourself that they are clean and not damaged
4. you must pay for any necessary cleaning and repairs
5. a $20 booking fee per garment is charged and is strictly non-refundable but will be deducted from the hire cost.

Terms relating to both Sales and Rentals

We are unable to cancel or amend orders that are already packed and transferred to our carriers for delivery. The onus is on the customer to choose carefully and enter the correct delivery details for orders to ensure receipt of the items they purchase. web sites.

ON-LINE PAYMENT METHODS

Adelaide Costume Shop will accept only the following major credit cards for purchases on-line: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. These payment methods are referred to as "Retail Payment Method".

Adelaide Costume Shop Online reserves the right to change the Retail Payment Methods accepted at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Your Retail Payment Method will be charged when you submit your order for a Retail Product, at checkout. You will be charged for the total cost of the items, plus all applicable taxes and shipping and handling.

If a Retail Product you ordered is not available, we will continue to attempt to fulfill your order for 15 days. We will notify you by email that your order is on backorder. You will have the option to contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund. If we are unable to fulfill your order during that time, we will automatically issue a refund at the end of the 15 days to the Retail Payment Method used for your order. If we are unable to process the refund, we will contact you via the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Therefore, it is important that you make sure we have your current e-mail address.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered by Australia Post (?). Shipping and handling costs are charged per item and are not based on delivery location (?). Estimated delivery time once we ship your order is four to five days. After you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming your order with an order summary including the items you purchased and a purchase total. We will send you an email when your order ships and let you know when you can expect delivery. If your order is sent in multiple shipments you will receive a separate notification for each shipment. You may receive more than one package for a single order.

We cannot ship to multiple addresses for the same order. If you want to ship items to multiple addresses you must place a separate order for each shipping address.

Currently, we do not offer package tracking for your order.

If your order is undeliverable it will be returned to us and we will notify you via email address provided at checkout that your order could not be delivered. We will automatically refund the cost of the order including shipping and handling charges to the Retail Payment Method used on the order. Therefore, it is important that you provide us with your current e-mail address at all times.

GENERAL

These Terms do not affect your rights under the Trade Practices Act.

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%, this is included in the advertised price.
